School Field Days & Reward Days in Central Florida
Bring climate-controlled gaming to school field days, student reward days, fundraisers, and end-of-year celebrations across Orlando and Central Florida. The trailer features multiplayer PS5 and Nintendo Switch, racing, and optional Meta Quest VR, with professional attendants handling setup and supervising play.
Before the event, we coordinate the schedule, student groups, campus access, and game mix with your organizer. For multiple classes or groups, we’ll plan rotation times with you. We arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start.
What organizers should prepare:
- Share the event schedule, approximate student count, grade groups, and school guidelines.
- Provide campus entrance and parking instructions, plus a gate code if needed.
- Reserve a flat, level parking area with about 50 feet of clear space and no low branches.
The self-powered trailer needs no household outlet. Check availability for your school event.
